Tasting notes

A very pale, silver-green wine with a fresh and expressive aromatic profile.

The nose combines crisp apple and gooseberry with notes of green melon, hedgerow, nettle and freshly cut grass, lifted by a hint of zesty lime.

The palate is dry, light and delicately aromatic, with bright, zippy acidity and a clean, mineral edge. Flavours are pure and linear, showing excellent balance and freshness, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish.

Pairs beautifully with

Oysters; mussels; grilled white fish; fresh salads; asparagus dishes; light goat’s cheese
