A flash of electric blue, a flicker of orange, and then it’s gone.

Around the water near the vineyard, we’re sometimes lucky enough to catch sight of a kingfisher. Perched patiently above the water, it waits for exactly the right moment before diving beneath the surface in pursuit of its next meal.

Kingfisher Kiss captures that perfect split second when its beak first touches the water - delicate, precise and over almost as soon as it begins. Much like the first sip of something sparkling.
