A beautifully coloured, deeper cherry-pink rosé with an expressive and inviting nose.

Aromas of red cherry, strawberry and blackberry are complemented by delicate hints of apricot and a creamy nuance reminiscent of Eton Mess.

The palate is dry and richly textured, balanced by bright acidity and gentle tannins that add structure and depth. Flavours are well defined, leading to a long, smooth finish with impressive persistence.

Best served slightly chilled to fully appreciate its complexity.

They came. They fished. They plundered.

Reintroduced to the nearby River Ancholme, the local otters soon discovered that following the stream for over a mile leads to something rather tempting – our pond.

And when an otter comes for dinner, apparently one fish is never enough.

They can take several in a single visit, leaving behind an almost cartoon-like scene of half-eaten fish and scattered remains around the pond. Their raids became so successful that we eventually had no choice but to install otter-proof fencing to protect our fish.

Otters Plunder is our tribute to these beautiful but formidable visitors - clever, determined and exceptionally good at helping themselves.
