Tasting notes

A beautifully coloured, deeper cherry-pink rosé with an expressive and inviting nose.

Aromas of red cherry, strawberry and blackberry are complemented by delicate hints of apricot and a creamy nuance reminiscent of Eton Mess.

The palate is dry and richly textured, balanced by bright acidity and gentle tannins that add structure and depth. Flavours are well defined, leading to a long, smooth finish with impressive persistence.

Best served slightly chilled to fully appreciate its complexity.
